NEOS NASDAQ-100(R) High Income ETF seeks to generate high monthly income in a tax efficient manner with the potential for equity appreciation. The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio of stocks that make up the Nasdaq-100 Index and a call options strategy, that consists of written (sold) call options on the Nasdaq-100 Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in securities, or derivative instruments linked to securities, of companies that are included in the reference index.
