ProShares Ultra Top QQQ seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) of the daily performance of the Nasdaq-100 Mega Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the Daily Target. The index is designed to measure the performance of the largest companies included in the Nasdaq-100 Index by targeting the performance of approximately the top 45% cumulative weight of the Nasdaq-100 Index. The fund is non-diversified.
