Zacks Quality International ETF seeks to generate positive risk-adjusted returns. The fund seeks to generate positive risk-adjusted returns by, under normal circumstances, investing at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities (including common stock and depositary receipts) issued by publicly listed companies in non-U.S. markets. The fund primarily invests in the securities of companies in countries with developed markets.
