Reckoner Yield Enhanced AAA CLO Reinvesting ETF is an actively managed fund designed to provide leveraged exposure to AAA-rated collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) while compounding value through distribution minimization and continuous reinvestment. The fund targets a total return by normally investing at least 80% of its assets in debt-securities that provide exposure to senior CLO tranches. Unlike traditional income-focused CLO funds, RAAR is structured to avoid making regular dividend payments, allowing investors to stay fully invested and potentially defer tax liabilities until the shares are sold.
