YieldMax Target 12 Real Estate Option Income ETF seeks current income; the secondary investment objective is to seek capital appreciation via investments in a select portfolio of companies operating in the real estate industry and other real estate related investments, including REITs. The fund's strategy involves: (1) constructing a portfolio of U.S.-listed equity securities of Real Estate Companies; and (2) generating income through an options portfolio, which involve using options contracts on Underlying Securities and/or Real Estate ETFs. The fund is non-diversified.
