Rockefeller U.S. Small-Mid Cap ETF seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowing for investment purposes) in equity securities of U.S. small- and mid-capitalization companies. The manager considers small- and mid-capitalization companies to be those companies having a market capitalization range within the range of companies comprising the Russell 2500 Index. The fund is non-diversified.
