Sterling Capital Hedged Equity Premium Income ETF seeks to provide long-term capital growth, income and preservation of capital. The fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund ("ETF"). The fund advisor will pursue fund's investment objective by investing primarily in U.S. large- and mid-cap equity and equity-related securities. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes in equity and equity-related securities. The fund is non-diversified.
