PGIM US Large-Cap Buffer 12 ETF - September seeks the fund's investment objective is to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust up to a predetermined upside cap while providing a downside buffer against the first 12% of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust's losses over the Target Outcome Period. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in investments that provide exposure to equity securities issued by large-capitalization U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
