Amplify Solana 3% Monthly Option Income ETF seeks to balance high income and capital appreciation through investment exposure to the price return of SOL and a covered call strategy. The fund seeks to participate in the price return of SOL ("SOL Price") and to generate a high level of annualized option premium by selling options on U.S.-regulated ETFs that provide exposure to SOL ("Solana ETPs"). SOL is a digital asset that is created and transmitted through the operations of the peer-to-peer Solana network, a decentralized network of computers that operates on cryptographic protocols. The fund is non-diversified.
