iShares S&P 500 3% Capped ETF seeks to track the investment results of the S&P 500 3% Capped Index. The index is composed of the companies of the S&P 500, subject to a 3% company weight cap. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P 500 3% Capped Index, which is based on a float-adjusted market capitalization-weighted parent index, the S&P 500. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
