Thornburg International Equity ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of non-U.S. developed market companies and in depositary receipts associated with such stocks. Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in common stocks, depositary receipts, or investments that provide exposure to such non-U.S. investments. The fund is non-diversified.
