Markets may be volatile, and prices of individual securities and other investments, including those of a particular type, may decline significantly and rapidly in response to adverse issuer, political, regulatory, market, economic or other developments, public perceptions concerning these developments, and adverse investor sentiment or publicity. The Fund may hold foreign securities and cash with foreign banks, agents, and securities depositories appointed by the Fund's custodian.
