FT Vest U.S. Equity Uncapped Accelerator ETF - January seeks to provide investors with the potential for rates of return (before fees and expenses) that outperform the positive price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), if performance thresholds are exceeded by the Underlying ETF, over the period from January __, 2025 through January __, 2026. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"). The fund is non-diversified.
