FT Vest U.S. Equity Uncapped Accelerator ETF - October seeks to provide investors with the potential for rates of return (before fees and expenses) that outperform the positive price return of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), if performance thresholds are exceeded by the Underlying ETF. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest substantially all of its assets in FLexible EXchange Options ("FLEX Options") that reference the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"). The fund is non-diversified.
