Virtus Stone Harbor Emerging Markets High Yield Bond ETF seeks current income and, secondarily, capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest not less than 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in high yield bonds that are economically tied to emerging market countries, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such investments. It is non-diversified.
