Weitz Core Plus Bond ETF seeks current income and capital preservation; a secondary investment objective is long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in debt securities and related derivative instruments. The fund may also invest in common stocks, preferred stocks and securities convertible into stocks. The fund is non-diversified.
