iShares S&P 500 ex S&P 100 ETF seeks to track the investment results of the S&P 500 ex-S&P 100 Select Index. The index measures the capped market capitalization weighted performance of the large capitalization U.S. equities within the S&P 500 Index excluding companies within the S&P 100 Index as determined by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the "index provider" or "SPDJI"). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
