This implementation marks an advancement in KIB’s customer service, integrating self-service convenience with personalized banking. Additional services provided by the ITMs include: cash withdrawal & deposit beyond standard limits, check deposit & encashment, instant card printing & activation for new/replacement debit cards, accessibility features like voice guidance & tactile keypads for visually impaired customers, and the ability to update Civil ID information directly at the ITM.
