Morgan believes that margins for the insurers and growth for brokers have peaked; as a result, they are expected to moderate moving forward. Bhullar noted that despite this, the fundamentals of the sector remain healthy, but the sentiment is downbeat after the stock’s recent underperformance. The firm believes that the sector is positioned to outperform.
