The firm noted that the upgrade reflects the company’s earlier BRL10.5 billion equity issuance at BRL5.00 per share. This issuance led to an increase in the company’s outstanding shares by 112%. HSBC noted that while the company has not been profitable over the past 12 months, they expect the company to return to profitability in 2026, with sales forecasted to grow at 2.63%.
