Cosan Luxembourg is completing its redemption of the senior notes due June 2030 and January 2031, at an aggregate principal amount of approximately $269.33 million and $300 million, respectively. With this, the company completes its debt repayment of nearly R$6.2 billion to date. The company will continue to provide updates on next steps.
