Leverage Shares by Themes expanded its lineup of single-stock leveraged products with the launch of two new ETFs offering amplified exposure to Xpeng Inc (NYSE:XPEV) and O'Reilly Automotive Inc (NASDAQ:ORLY), on Jan 15.
The new funds are designed to deliver 200% of the daily performance of their respective underlying stocks, before fees and expenses, catering to active traders and sophisticated retail investors seeking short-term tactical exposure.
The newly launched ETFs are the Leverage Shares 2X Long XPEV Daily ETF (NASDAQ:XPEG), which tracks Chinese electric vehicle maker Xpeng, and the Leverage Shares 2X Long ORLY Daily ETF (NASDAQ:ORLG), which provides leveraged exposure to O'Reilly.
Leverage Shares said the products will carry an industry-low management fee of 0.75% for single-stock leveraged ETFs, positioning them as cost-efficient tools in a segment typically associated with higher expense ratios.
Paul Marino, chief revenue officer at Themes ETFs, said in a statement that with XPEG and ORLG, the firm is adding targeted exposure to very different corners of the market—next-generation EV innovation and resilient U.S. consumer demand.
Xpeng has been closely watched by global investors for its advances in smart EV technology and its efforts to gain market share amid intense competition in China's EV space. O'Reilly Automotive, by contrast, represents a more defensive corner of the market, benefiting from steady demand for auto parts and maintenance as consumers hold on to vehicles for longer.
With the addition of XPEG and ORLG, the firm's total number of leveraged single-stock daily ETFs now stands at 73, spanning sectors from technology and electric vehicles to consumer discretionary and industrials.
