Tech giant Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) will be announcing earnings results tomorrow after market hours. Here’s what to expect.

Microsoft beat analysts’ revenue expectations by 1.1% last quarter, reporting revenues of $69.63 billion, up 12.3% year on year. It was a strong quarter for the company, with a miss of analysts’ revenue estimates and a solid beat of analysts’ operating income estimates.

This quarter, analysts are expecting Microsoft’s revenue to grow 10.6% year on year to $68.44 billion, slowing from the 17% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $3.22 per share.

Analysts covering the company have generally reconfirmed their estimates over the last 30 days, suggesting they anticipate the business to stay the course heading into earnings. Microsoft has a history of exceeding Wall Street’s expectations, beating revenue estimates every single time over the past two years by 1.9% on average.
