Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) is expanding its Muse artificial intelligence agent to small businesses, adding integrations with a range of commerce, accounting, payments and productivity platforms.
The expansion allows Muse for Small Business to connect with tools including Shopify, QuickBooks, Stripe and Canva, as Meta seeks to extend the AI agent into business operations and broaden its activities beyond advertising.
Muse can also connect with Instagram professional account analytics, Facebook Pages and Meta advertising accounts.

Meta said Muse can connect with dozens of business tools, allowing the AI agent to work with information relating to a company’s brand, online storefront, financial records and customers.
Other supported platforms include Asana, Box, Dropbox, Figma, Klaviyo, Notion, Slack and Zoom.
The integrations are intended to help small-business owners perform operational tasks and identify potential customers, according to Meta.
The company said Muse will not publish content, send messages or make purchases without approval from the user.
