By Business Wire | October 15, 2026, 1:07 PM

Company has signed 19 transactions representing $190 million in annualized revenue, with 13 acquisitions now closed

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG) today announced the closing of four consulting acquisitions—SPR, BD Emerson, Daniels Consulting Group and Zenger Folkman—accelerating the expansion of Andersen Consulting and strengthening its global professional services platform.

The transactions expand Andersen's capabilities in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital transformation and human capital consulting, while adding established client relationships, recurring revenue streams and new opportunities for profitable growth.

Andersen has now signed 19 acquisition agreements in 2026 representing approximately $190 million in annualized revenue, of which 13 have closed, underscoring the Company's continued execution of its M&A strategy.

“These acquisitions represent exactly what we are building at Andersen—an integrated global platform of highly specialized, market-leading professional services firms,” said Mark L. Vorsatz, Chairman and CEO of Andersen Group Inc. “Each brings immediate economic value through established client relationships, proven expertise and opportunities for continued growth. Equally important, these firms are exceptional cultural fits. They share our commitment to independence, technical excellence, client service and long-term relationships. We are not simply acquiring revenue; we are bringing together outstanding professionals whose capabilities and shared values will strengthen Andersen for years to come.”

The four acquisitions strengthen Andersen Consulting across several high-growth service areas:

  • SPR specializes in AI-powered technology solutions, custom software development, cloud modernization and data analytics, helping clients improve customer experiences, operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • BD Emerson provides cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, privacy and technology risk advisory services, helping organizations strengthen digital resilience and manage complex regulatory requirements.
  • Daniels Consulting Group specializes in organizational transformation, change management, leadership development and strategy execution, helping clients align talent with business objectives and improve performance.
  • Zenger Folkman is a widely recognized leadership development consultancy specializing in research-based leadership assessment, executive coaching and organizational performance improvement.

Andersen continues to maintain a strong M&A pipeline across consulting, tax, legal, valuation and other professional services, with acquisitions and organic growth expected to drive revenue expansion, cross-selling opportunities and long-term shareholder value.

“Our pipeline remains exceptionally strong, and we are focused on acquisitions that deliver meaningful economic returns while expanding our capabilities and geographic reach,” Vorsatz added. “Our strategy is to integrate exceptional businesses into a platform where their growth potential is enhanced by Andersen's global scale, multidisciplinary expertise and client relationships.”
