By Business Wire | October 22, 2026, 10:00 AM

Third-quarter additions deepen specialty capabilities and add experienced leaders in key growth markets

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--$PNFP--Pinnacle Financial Partners (NYSE: PNFP) added 96 revenue-producing team members during the third quarter of 2026, bringing its year-to-date total to 222 – on track to exceed the target of 225-250. The quarter’s new team members include experienced commercial bankers, market leaders and specialists in treasury management, wealth management, trust, restaurant and franchise finance, foreign exchange and government banking.

Hiring remained broadly distributed across Pinnacle’s nine-state footprint, with continued activity in the Southeast’s largest and fastest-growing markets. Revenue producer retention remained approximately 95% excluding synergies.

“Every quarter we add bankers who’ve spent years earning the trust of their clients and communities. The payoff compounds for years after they join,” said Pinnacle President and CEO Kevin Blair. “Experienced bankers come here for the culture and the freedom to put clients first. That’s the model that built this company, and it hasn’t changed. Now we can put a broader set of capabilities and specialists behind them. That’s how we keep winning talent, and winning talent is how we keep winning clients.”

Third-quarter recruiting success follows 52* revenue-producing hires in the first quarter and another 74 in the second quarter. The latest additions include longtime local banking leaders who can build teams in strategic and growing Southeastern markets, as well as specialists who broaden what Pinnacle can offer to clients.
