DAVIDSON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--#MakingLifeBetter--Ingersoll Rand Inc., (NYSE: IR) a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and life science and industrial solutions, has acquired IVEK Corporation, expanding the company’s life sciences portfolio.

Based in the United States, IVEK is a leading designer and manufacturer of small-volume precision liquid metering and dispensing systems with expertise in precision fluid control, primarily serving the healthcare, diagnostics, medical device and biomedical industries.
