The General Manager of Broadridge Corporate Issuer, Ryan Wade, emphasized that with focus from investors and regulators globally on sustainable business models, companies must implement effective means to capture, analyze, and report on material sustainability data. Broadridge's corporate issuer division serves over 3,400 public companies in the US alone, which provides a range of critical corporate solutions. Broadridge and Novisto together allow management teams to produce high-quality and investor-ready disclosures that meet both voluntary and regulatory standards.
The need for reliable sustainability data is increasingly critical as companies navigate complex global regulations, with the IFRS Foundation reporting in November 2024 that 30 jurisdictions are on the journey to introducing ISSB Standards.
