Octane All-Cap Value Energy ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its objective by investing in U.S.-listed equity securities of "Energy Companies." It will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of Value Energy Companies.
