abrdn Bloomberg Industrial Metals Strategy K-1 Free ETF seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Bloomberg Industrial Metals Total Return SubindexSM (the "index"). The index reflects the return on a fully collateralized investment in the Bloomberg Industrial Metals SubindexSM, which is composed of futures contracts on certain industrial metals commodity futures contracts. The fund seeks to remain fully invested at all times in financial instruments that, in combination, track the returns of the index without regard to market conditions, trends or direction. The fund is non-diversified.
