JPMorgan Sustainable Infrastructure ETF seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in companies that the adviser believes are well-positioned to develop the infrastructure required to facilitate a sustainable and inclusive economy. The fund invests primarily in common stocks, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and depositary receipts. The fund is not managed to an index and may invest in equity securities in both U.S. and foreign markets, including emerging markets. The fund may invest a significant portion of its assets in small capitalization companies and have significant positions in specific sectors or markets from time to time. It is non-diversified.
