Martin Currie Sustainable International Equity ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity and equity-related securities of foreign companies and other investments with similar economic characteristics that meet the sub-advisor's environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria for the fund. The fund may seek investment opportunities in any foreign country and under normal market conditions will invest in, or have exposure to, securities of companies located in at least three foreign countries. It is non-diversified.
