Victoryshares Small Cap Free Cash Flow ETF seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Victory U.S. Small Cap Free Cash Flow Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in securities in the Index and at least 80% of its assets in equity securities with small market capitalizations. The index is designed to deliver exposure to equity securities of U.S. issuers within the Parent Index that have high free cash flow yields. | ||||||
