YieldMax Target 12 Semiconductor Option Income ETF seeks current income; the secondary investment objective being capital appreciation via investments in a select portfolio of companies engaged in the design, manufacture, or sale of semiconductors and semiconductor equipment (referred to as "Semiconductor Companies"). The fund will, under normal circumstances, invest in underlying securities directly. The fund manager seeks to generate income from engaging in the options strategies primarily using options contracts on some or all of its underlying securities. The fund is non-diversified.
