Natixis Vaughan Nelson Mid Cap ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in companies that, at the time of purchase, have market capitalizations either within the capitalization range of the Russell Midcap Value Index. The Russell Midcap Value Index is an unmanaged index that measures the performance of companies with lower price to book ratios and lower forecasted growth values within the broader Russell Midcap Value Index. It may invest up tp 20% of its assets in companies with smaller or larger capitalizations.
