Western Asset Short Duration Income ETF seeks current income. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in fixed income securities. The fund may invest up to 35% of its assets in below investment grade securities with no more than 5% of the fund's assets permitted to be invested in fixed income securities whose highest rating is rated below BB- BY S&P, BB- by Fitch or Ba3 my Moody's.
