Franklin U.S. Large Cap Multifactor Index ETF seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the LibertyQ U.S. Large Cap Equity Index (the U.S. Large Cap underlying index). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the U.S. Large Cap underlying index. The U.S. Large Cap underlying index is based on the Russell 1000 Index using a methodology developed with Franklin Templeton to reflect Franklin Templeton's desired investment strategy.
