The firm originates, acquires and manages a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments secured by properties located within and outside the United States. The Commercial Conduit business focuses on originating and subsequently selling fixed-rate commercial real estate loans into the CMBS securitization market. The Real Estate Owned business represents real estate acquired by the company through foreclosure, deed in lieu of foreclosure, or purchase. The company was founded on November 15, 2012 and is headquartered in New York, NY.
