The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Europe Hedged Equity Index. The fund employs a "passive management" - or indexing - investment approach designed to track the performance of the WisdomTree DEFA International Hedged Equity Index. It attempts to invest substantially all of its assets in the common stocks that make up the index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the types of investments suggested by its name. It is non-diversified.
