Role Overview

As an Internal Technical Recruiter, you’ll be instrumental in building a high-performing team. Your role will focus on sourcing exceptional candidates. Your efforts will directly influence our growth trajectory and the quality of our hires.

Represent the company and be the ambassador of its brand.

Responsibilities

Actively source candidates, primarily through LinkedIn, and research to identify potential talent within the community, particularly those familiar with trading and financial technologies.

Focus on candidates with technical expertise in C#/.NET, MS SQL and React, essential technologies for our operations.

Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential candidates, ensuring accurate and meticulous documentation.

Ensure effective and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to thank-you notes, including regular re-engagement (inviting to events, sharing webinar information).

Professionally manage rejection responses while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Distribute assessment tasks to applicants to gauge their skills accurately.

Potentially in the future: organize recruitment events that enhance the brand presence of Finviz in the talent market.

Requirements

Slovak or Czech language is a must.

English - B2 level or above.

A proactive and autonomous work ethic—take initiative and embody a "Doers" mentality.

Ability to work independently and make a tangible impact in your role.

Experience recruiting within the financial or trading sectors, specifically on the US market, is advantageous.

Flexibility to work during US hours is not required but may enhance collaboration with team members.

Additional Information

This position will commence with a trial period of 2 months.

The final agreed compensation will depend on the level of skills and experience offered.

You can choose employment or contract collaboration.
