NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA): A Bull Case Theory

By Ricardo Pillai | December 04, 2025, 11:43 AM

We came across a bullish thesis on NVIDIA Corporation on Shareholdersunite Essentials’s Substack by Shareholdersunite. In this article, we will summarize the bulls’ thesis on NVDA. NVIDIA Corporation's share was trading at $177.00 as of November 28th. NVDA’s trailing and forward P/E were 43.81 and 23.15 respectively according to Yahoo Finance.

NVIDIA Corporation, a computing infrastructure company, provides graphics and compute and networking solutions in the United States and internationally. Nvidia’s Isaac Platform has emerged as a full-stack ecosystem designed to accelerate the development, training, and deployment of intelligent robots—from AMRs and robotic arms to next-generation humanoids—by combining high-fidelity simulation, CUDA-accelerated software, and powerful edge computing. Its core libraries and AI models deliver perception, planning, and control capabilities, while Isaac ROS streamlines robotics development on ROS 2 and deploys efficiently on Jetson systems.

Specialized toolkits like Isaac Manipulator and Perceptor equip robotic arms and AMRs with advanced spatial understanding, and Isaac GR00T pushes the frontier of embodied AI with foundation models unifying vision, language, and action. Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab enable massive-scale robot learning through photorealistic simulation, synthetic data generation, and 10,000x-faster training cycles, dramatically reducing reliance on physical robots. GR00T N1, Nvidia’s vision-language-action model, builds on this infrastructure with a dual-system architecture that mirrors human cognition, allowing humanoid robots to interpret instructions, plan multi-step tasks, and execute precise motor actions while adapting to unfamiliar scenarios.

These capabilities are powered at the edge by Nvidia’s newly launched Jetson Thor, a next-generation humanoid-class computing platform offering an 8x GPU performance jump over Orin, expanded memory and I/O, functional safety features, and real-time multimodal processing for navigation, manipulation, and natural language interaction. Adoption across the robotics industry is accelerating rapidly, with Boston Dynamics, Agility Robotics, Amazon Robotics, Siemens, BYD Electronics, and 100+ others integrating Isaac technologies, GR00T, and Jetson.

Nvidia’s DGX-OVX-Jetson architecture is becoming a de facto standard as developers converge on a unified workflow spanning training to deployment. While the humanoid market remains early, Nvidia’s robotics revenue is growing 72% YoY, with expectations that embedded AI could exceed $20–30 billion by 2030. By combining foundation models, simulation, and edge compute into a cohesive platform, Nvidia is positioning itself at the center of the emerging embodied AI era and is poised to capture substantial long-term value as robotics enters large-scale commercialization.

Previously we covered a bullish thesis on NVIDIA Corporation by Compounding Your Wealth in April 2025, which highlighted its dominance in AI accelerators, CUDA ecosystem strength, and Data Center-led growth. The company’s stock price has appreciated approximately by 59.56% since our coverage. This is because the thesis played out. The thesis still stands as NVIDIA sustains its AI leadership. Shareholdersunite shares a similar view but emphasizes robotics and embodied AI.

NVIDIA Corporation is on our list of the 30 Most Popular Stocks Among Hedge Funds. As per our database, 235 hedge fund portfolios held NVDA at the end of the second quarter which was 212 in the previous quarter. While we acknowledge the potential of NVDA as an investment, we believe certain AI stocks offer greater upside potential and carry less downside risk.
