Wayfair Launches New Brand Campaign Featuring NFL Quarterback Matthew Stafford

By Fiona Craig | September 21, 2026, 8:36 AM

Wayfair Inc. (NYSE:W) has introduced a new brand platform, “Wayfair Delivers”, supported by an advertising campaign featuring NFL quarterback Matthew Stafford, his wife Kelly and their four daughters.

The campaign is designed to highlight Wayfair’s shopping services, product selection and delivery capabilities as the online home furnishings retailer increases its advertising presence during NFL broadcasts.

The first advertisement aired during Monday Night Football on ESPN and ABC on 21 September 2026, with additional broadcasts planned across CBS and NBC.

Campaign Highlights Wayfair’s Customer Services

The “Wayfair Delivers” platform brings together several existing company initiatives under a single marketing message.

These include Wayfair Verified, a curated selection of products assessed for quality, and Wayfair Rewards, a programme that allows customers to earn rewards through purchases.

The campaign also highlights Wayfair’s proprietary logistics network, which supports the delivery of furniture and other home furnishings.

Wayfair’s internal creative team developed the campaign, with Paramount Media Labs serving as production partner for television, streaming and social media content.

Advertising Investment Increases Across NFL Broadcasts

As part of the initiative, Wayfair said it is increasing its advertising expenditure across networks broadcasting football games to five times its previous level.

The company is also sponsoring and furnishing the set of CBS Sports’ Sunday morning football pregame programme, which is available through Paramount+, CBS Sports HQ and YouTube.

In a separate arrangement with Bleacher Report, Wayfair will sponsor B/R NFL Draft Live, scheduled for April 2027.

The agreements extend the campaign across live sports broadcasts, streaming platforms and digital media.

Wayfair Seeks to Connect Brand Message With Customer Experience

Paul Toms, Wayfair’s chief marketing officer, said the new platform reflects investments the company has made in its customer experience.

The campaign “brings together the work we’ve been doing across the customer experience and gives us a clear way to show what Wayfair delivers every day,” Toms said.

By featuring the Stafford family and expanding its presence around NFL programming, Wayfair is seeking to reach consumers through a combination of television advertising, sports sponsorships and digital content.

The company did not disclose the campaign’s total budget or provide specific financial targets associated with the initiative.
