Peakstone Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust, which engages in the provision of a diversified portfolio of strategically located, corporate office, and industrial properties that are primarily net-leased to single tenants that have determined to be creditworthy. It operates through the Industrial and Office segments. The Industrial segment consists of industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties which have a low building-to-land ratio, or low coverage, maximizing yard space for the display, movement, and storage of materials. The Office segment includes office, R&D and data center properties. The company was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in El Segundo, CA.
