iShares Blockchain and Tech ETF seeks to track the NYSE FactSet Global Blockchain Technologies Index composed of U.S. and non-U.S. companies that are involved in the development, innovation, and utilization of blockchain and crypto technologies. The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of its index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of its index and may invest up to 20% of its assets in certain futures, options and swap contracts, cash and cash equivalents as well as in securities not included in theindex. It is non-diversified.
