ClearBridge Sustainable Infrastructure ETF seeks total return, consisting of capital appreciation and income. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, if any, in securities issued by companies that are engaged in the infrastructure business and that meet the sub-advisor's sustainability and financial criteria at the time of investment, and other investments with similar economic characteristics.
