First Trust Morningstar Dividend Leaders Index Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Morningstar Dividend Leaders IndexSM. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the securities that comprise the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of the 100 highest-yielding stocks that have a consistent record of dividend payment and have the ability to sustain their dividend payments. It is non-diversified.
