iShares MSCI Intl Size Factor ETF seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI World ex USA Low Size Index. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the component securities of the underlying index. The index is based on a traditional market capitalization-weighted parent index, the MSCI World ex USA Index (the "parent index"). The parent index includes international large- and mid-capitalization stocks.
