Teucrium Aila Long-Short Agriculture Strategy ETF seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the AiLA-S033 Market Neutral Absolute Return Index. The index generally consists of between one and nine standardized agricultural commodities futures contracts traded on either the CBOT or ICE on the following commodities: Corn, Soybeans, Soybean Meal, Soybean Oil and Wheat. The fund will generally use a "replication" strategy to seek to achieve its investment objective, meaning it generally will invest in all of the components of the index in approximately the same proportions as in the index. It is non-diversified.
